Plants reported as drowning twice

Known Issue

Plants that have water on them are reported as drowning, the description of which describes the plant as a critter. It also says drowning twice.

Steps to Reproduce

"Drown" a plant with polluted water (I used sleet wheat).

This isn't a new issue and is not specific to Spaced Out, it affects the base game as well.
