Pipes randomly filling with Carbon Dioxide

No idea how that happened. I noticed my pipes didn't pump oxygen up, so I started changing them in another spot and then I looked over and these pipes are filled. There is no source from which it could have poured in.

Attaching save file, maybe replaying the day will reproduce it? It seems to have happened before, considering the broken atmosuit checkpoints.Death Shelter Cycle 2119.sav

EDIT: OH!!! There's a smog slug hanging out on the shelf! Can't believe I didn't notice. My bad. I'm gonna put it somewhere it doesn't disturb oxygen delivery x.x
