Petroleum Engine sometimes not emitting exhaust when landing.

So I'm not entirely sure why this happens, but I've had petroleum engine rockets land and their is no exhaust at all. I'm not sure if its because the rocket has reached 0 fuel upon entering the planet's space tile, but not always does this happen.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a petroleum rocket land and sometimes not produce exhaust when landing. (Not sure if its when it uses all fuel)

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

This is fixed in the public testing branch. It happens when you land rockets which were in space when the save was loaded.
