No Scroll Bar in automation broadcaster/receiver

attempting to set up automation relay stations, if i put too many broadcasters then some become unusable due to no scroll bar on the menu to select them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. put an awful lot of broadcasters out somewhere.

2. select a receiver and notice how some of them are pushed off screen.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

A scroll bar is needed in many menus and occasions. Small screen UI scaling is not adapting well too.

I know it is not "really" possible for rocket interiors but not having a scroll bar, means there is less room for pinned resources after all planets are discovered and several rockets are built.
