Missing Neutral Vacillator (brain chair)

Not sure if this is intentional in the world gen code but one of the worlds on swampy map that I had generated yesterday did not come with any brain chairs.

This would make the recharges found from artifacts totally useless/worthless on the current world map.

I thought all world always came with at least 1 chair.  (at least all my play throughs came with 1 chair).

 

 


Steps to Reproduce

not sure what steps i can provide to reproduce besides using sand box or debug tools to  create new maps and check to see if any chairs are generated.

i could provide a save file or seed # if you would like.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

There is no guarantee an asteroid has a Neural Vacillator, you may need to travel to other asteroids to find one. That said there's no guarantee for the cluster so I've added one to the Regolith Asteroid so there's always at least one in the next update to public testing.

Note that if you're using developer debug (backspace) entities such as the Neural Vacillator are not spawned by default unless a duplicant is nearby. You can spawn everything by clicking Spawn All (slow).
