In some POI, tiles are made out of copper ore. If you build a petroleum rocket on top of those tiles, they melt into copper until they don't exist anymore.
When a tile in ONI "doesn't exist" it has a backlight shade
Reloading, reverts the tiles to their original mass so you can melt them all over again.
All it takes is a small petroleum rocket

Steps to Reproduce
Find a POI that has tiles made of copper ore. Build a small petroleum rocket directly above the POI. Launch rocket. Watch copper fall. Land rocket. Reload save. Launch rocket again.
