The liquid cargo tank contained 21.7 kg of polluted water. However, only 11.7 kg was released by the liquid output fitting inside the rocket. This has deleted all of my water and polluted water I had in this rocket liquid cargo tank (I had nearly a half a tank), and continues to delete any/all water that is added to the loop via the lavatory.

Introduce more water to the liquid cargo tank, and then watch liquid output fitting delete mass.
