'LAUNCHED' message is not displayed when using localization

Verified with Discord users with the FR mod.

Without language mod loaded, the message on the bottom right caption is 'LAUNCHED', but when using the translation mod, the text is still "Moins d'une journée"

So instead of displaying STRINGS.UI.FRONTEND.MOTD.UPDATE_TEXT, it still shows STRINGS.UI.DEVELOPMENTBUILDS.UPDATES.NOW (or STRINGS.UI.DEVELOPMENTBUILDS.UPDATES.TWENTY_FOUR_HOURS which has the same text)

Additional note, the Duplicant animation is the right one.

Load a translation mod, check the loading screen

Works indeed. msgid is empty in the current template file
