Tracking the issue in the thread sakura_sk linked to. I see from your log your system language is set to Turkish.

I have no idea how this thing works but after changing my system language to english (UK), all of my problems are solved. Thank you guys soooo much <3

cooking ingredients, industrial ingredients... all here again, omg there is a rare resource tab here :d
