Incorrectly Calculated Rocket Speed

Doing the math, 12/18 would come up to about 0.667 tiles per cycle. Clearly, something is going on here.

Note: Actually launching the rocket seems to correct its speed when displayed on the starmap:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a rocket (mine was sugar engine, small oxidizer, gas cargo canister, orbital cargo, trailblazer, and solo spacefarer nosecone)
2. Notice its calculated speed and compare it to a manual calculation of the same rocket speed

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

This doesn't explain your issue, but something I've noticed is that the speed will change depending on the pilot. E.g. when a rocket is in flight but the pilot is sleeping and autopilot comes on, the speed will drop. When the pilot is active again, the speed will update based on the pilot's skill level.
