Incapacitated duplicant inside rocket won't get rescued

was the access to the rocket turned to "all" but not "crew only""?

Yes, I tried to retest it today, other dupes have access to the rocekt, but incapacitated one is ineligible to use the triage cot. Assigning other duplicants to crew seems to have no effect.

Ohh and triage cot is on the same asteroid as landed rocket.  

I had this same problem although my game then crashed after the dupe died

I am having the same problem. The Rocket is listed as if it is on a different planet on the right hand pane than what it is on so not sure if that plays into the issue. 

Crew allowed Marked as All. Triage cot is not allowed for the person in the rocket.
