Hatch burrowed into cot

A wild hatch was marked for wrangle, but before the wrangle could be completed the hatch burrowed into a cot.  This cot was not new construction, nor were the tiles nearby; there have not been natural tiles or any new construction in this area for many cycles.  Bubbles' worst fears are coming true: hatches in her bed!

Steps to Reproduce

Mark a wild hatch for wrangle while the hatch is in an area that contains a cot (although it is not a proper barracks)

Go to bugs

Same happens if you mark a hatch for wrangle, while it's burried inside earth... after it's wrangled, it doesn't come out, if you remove the earth it falls down, just into the next block... So unreachable... Had to kill the poor guys...
