Glitchy dupe portraits in the priorities screen

The dupe portraits in the priorities screen seem to randomly flicker which looks glitchy. I couldn`t catch the effect in a screenshot as it`s pretty random. Other screens are fine only the priorities seem to be affected.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the priorities screen and watch the dupe heads.

Go to bugs

Yup. I didn`t check the base game bug tracker forif this was posted already. Now that i look at it it seems to be the hats not loading properly.
