Steps to Reproduce

Teleport Duplicant.

The teleport receiver didn't have floor under it but it never caused any problems before

Could you attach your save file? Does it always happen?

I'll get the save tomorrow. The crash happened only once- the floor under the teleport was missing for a while and duplicants simply fell two tiles after teleporting and went on with their day. After reloading the game and the save, I attempted the teleport again without any changes and haven't encountered any problems ever since, and I've been playing on that save the rest of the day.

The game asked me to turn off my mod, which was the pip overlay- I don't know if it can have any relation to the issue but I turned it off since I didn't need it anymore anyway.

I hope that helps for now, I'll have the save here soon.

I tried a number of scenarios and could not reproduce it. If you encounter it again please let me know.

It's been a while, but it finally happened again

Here are the logs and the save again:

I turned the game back on, and tried to teleport Rowan again. Everything is working fine after the game's been restarted. The mods are still on, if that's important.
