Orders to manually empty a "interplanetary payload" are cleared on loading a save.
Steps to Reproduce
Select a interplanetary payload
Click the empty storage button
Save the game
Load the save
The empty order will have been canceled.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
