Empty item in checklist for rocket launch

I have the same lack of display, it is when the "Orbital Cargo Module" is not filled. When filled, the display becomes like this:

As of the 2021-01-28 Re-Rocketry Update, there are still at least some weird issues with the launch checklist. For one, the "Destination Set" checkbox has a tooltip of "Viable destination selected, ready for launch" even when the box is red because you haven't selected any destination.
