EDIT/CORRECTION: Triage Cot (not Mess Table, as originally posted) in Hospital registers as "conflicting building."

Title. In the included pictures one has all the buildings necessary for a hospital but the room overlay says there is a conflicting building. In the second picture the mess table is deleted and the room overlay says the hospital is missing a mess table.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Build a hospital
  2. Check the room overlay
  3. Delete the mess table
  4. Check the room overlay
