Duplicant stuck in a rocket

After a duplicant has entered a rocket, a module was deconstructed below the cone and now the duplicant can't exit the rocket, even by removing him from the rocket's crew.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a rocket (engine, module and cone)

Send a duplicant to the cone

Destroy the module

Go to bugs

I ran into this but it was my own fault...
Maybe related however, when you removed the module, did you have ladders for the duplicant to exit from the new cone height?
