Duplicant starving in rocket despite ample food

In the attached save, Ada has ample allowed food in an unpowered refrigerator, yet she refuses to eat it. Dropping the food on the floor makes her eat immediately. This persists over save&reload.

Load save, see Ada starving. Drop food from refrigerator, see her eat.

I loaded your save and saw Ada remove some Berry Sludge from the refrigerator near the Rocket Control Station and eat it. Perhaps a mod is interfering?
