Dupes are reaching through the walls/floors to pick up stuff for errands.
This is the 3rd time I've seen them do this.

Previous times, I've had dupes reach through the walls that are completed blocked off taking fossil or egg shells to be used for a rock crusher task.
I had created a room that is no access control via a door restriction. The room basically let's them deliver only to a ore dumper through a prismatic door, but they can't reach the ores that has been dropped off. This works normally. But once I noticed they would go to the other side of the sealed off wall and take items through the walls.
