The recipe for the diamond press lists the radbolt requirement as "available radbolts / radbolts needed for recipe".
This is completely backwards to everything else, including the carbon amount directly above it. All other recipes list the requirements as "amount needed / amount available".
This recipe appears like it should be producing, as the left numbers are less than the right numbers. Of course it is not:
