Diagnostic pin/mute settings not all preserved through save/load

The default settings such as Breathability, Food, Idleness and Max Stress settings are not saved. They reset to their default values on game load.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Change Breathability, Food, Idleness, Max Stress Diagnostic settings to Visible on Alert.

2) Save game.

3) Load game.
