Decorative plant with negative Decor

Description says that plant improves decor, but decor is negative.

Steps to Reproduce

Found a plant in decorative biome.

Go to bugs

Sadly removed that specific plant so can't check it again. But all checkpoints were fulfilled. Right now all Tranquil Toes seem to be alright.

P.S. Not 'decorative' biome, radioactive one.
