Deconstruct button of bioscan security door disappears after reload

After opening a security door that has bioscan the first time, the "deconstruct" button is enabled (no special dupe needed to simply deconstruct)

After reloading the save file, no deconstruct button is there anymore

Steps to Reproduce

Open a security door that needs bioscan. Door has the "deconstruct" button appear. Save. Reload. Security door has no "deconstruct" button anymore
