Debris should try to move towards a duplicant when they are digging or deconstructing, so that it has a better chance of being reachable.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a pipe on one of the upper ports on a spacefarer module. Deconstruct that pipe. Debris should be outside the module and unreachable.

Encountered the same thing, would be nice to release materials inside the playable space if possible at all.
