I saw this bug report, got interested and did a little research.
I found two cases that cause a crash.
A) The Rover is trying to rescue the incapacitated Dupes and take them to a Triage Cot.
B) The Rover is trying to rescue a Sweepy with low battery that can't reach its Dock.
I attach the save files created in the sandbox.
The easiest way to solve the problem is to prohibit the Rover from performing these tasks. Add to both RescueIncapacitatedChore and RescueSweepBotChore the precondition ChorePreconditions.instance.IsNotARobot
A)
1. spawn a Rover
2. build a Triage Cot
3. Kill the Dupes with Alt-F8
4. let the Rover rescue the Dupes
5. watch the crash
B)
1. spawn a Rover
2. build a Sweepy Dock
3. build a Sweepy
4. block his way to the Dock
5. wait until his battery runs out
6. let the Rover rescue the Sweepy
7. watch the crash
or just load the attached files, take off the pause, look at the Rover.
