Same issue with Digging (superhard digging) when my main digger leaves and come back to the main asteroid.
In my case, cancel and retry digging is sufficient to remove the message.

Could be nice to have a kind of  refresh when dupes come back to reflect the current pool of skills.

Changed Status to Dupe
