Checkboxes do not line up with food in consumables window

I would like to point out that this happens on an edge case where you need a scroll bar, but the game hasn't decided to actually give you a scroll bar yet. Once you get the scroll bar, it lines up fine again.

I see the same still (I run the game on 110% UI scale apparently).
