Can't set priority of delivering to Oxygen Mask Station

The priority cannot be set for delivering metal to the Oxygen Mask Station, and it appears to always be stuck at priority 5 Operate:

Steps to Reproduce
  • Research and build Oxygen Mask Station
  • Connect power
  • Select a material to use for the mask
  • Priority cannot be set
