Can't save files under same name

This is the first time the game has stopped me from naming my files the same. Also, when I try to mass delete save files, they won't allow me.

Steps to Reproduce

Save a file the same as previous

They won't allow you to save.

Shame, I like naming all my files Gravatas. But deleting the files is impossible. :wilsondisappointed:
