Balm Lilly's growth halted because of insufficient pressure while being in a sufficient pressure

Hi there !

I'm not sure if it's correctly worded (English is not my native language) so here's a screenshot :

Basically, the Balm Lilly here was refusing to grow while being in a ~196g Chlorine atmosphere. Pufts were not inhaling gases, the only other Chlorine consumer was the Saltvine (Geyser was dormant).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a room with an above 35°C and a 196g Chlorine atmosphere

2. Try to grow a Balm Lilly inside the room

I have had a similar problem with my colony, you need around 220 grams to grow sleet wheat, will it says it needs a minimum of 150 grams, for me it started after the latest update, but i do not see anything about this in the patch notes.

I have added my colony where it happens. I did try reloading older saves but the problems will persist. This farm has been running for a while, it did produce around 6000 sleet wheat will running without a problem until this latest update. I have upped the pressure to around 250 grams of pressure, it seems to be fixed around 220 grrams. I think this will also fix your balm lilly problem.
