Using this Seed: M-CERS-C-1059303508-0-D3-0

to generate world cause a lot of small POI spawn failures. Furthermore no Geothermal Power Plant is placed on the Ceres Core Asteroid

Steps to Reproduce

Generate world in survival mode , colony name: Beta Test, Seed: M-CERS-C-1059303508-0-D3-0

It sounds like you are using dev debug (backspace key) to inspect the world. Dev debug does not automatically spawn POIs but they are there. You can force them to spawn by clicking "Spawn All (Slow)" in dev debug.
