When loading a save, bionic duplicants in suits gain -6 to Athletics, even if they have the suit training booster. Unequipping and re-equipping the suit makes the penalty disappear as normal.

Steps to Reproduce

Install suit training booster on a bionic dupe.

Equip dupe with atmosuit.

Save and reload the game.

Go to bugs

Changed Status to Known Issue

This should be improved in the next hotfix (the save/load part) but there are still edge cases like assigning boosters to bionics in suits and assigning Exosuit Training to a standard duplicant while wearing a suit.
