I've encountered it both times i've reached it so far.
You can't even use the "Deconstruct" tool to remove them, most of them won't accept the order unless you click it through the actual UI for the object.

Game is started on Ceres Classic
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
