Storage bins max cap doesnt seem to work with eco power banks

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. build a storage bin

2. make the max 100-200 kg, or something less then that

3. watch the duplicants break the cap

The Max input works off units, but the display is based off kg. If you only want to store a single battery, set the Max to 1kg. (I agree this should be more visually clear)

Usually i use the items mass from properies and it said 20kg per power bank so them putting the storage full of power banks when i taught it could only store 10 (200kg) was confusing.
