Soldering Station requires dirt-tier tech to unlock.
However, all of it's recipes require microchips and those are locked behind water-tier tech building. That is misleading, because in the end, the Station requires water tech to operate.
I would suggest move it to Sound Amplifiers tech. An alternative would be to move Power Control Station from that tech to the same that unlocks Soldering Station
