Right click dragging the map doesn't work anymore if a recipe is selected

 

Anything that opens a second panel of options for a recipe, it also disables right click drag (egg cracker, rock crusher, plywood press etc.)

Steps to Reproduce

select a building that has recipes and a recipe from there that opens another panel. When that panel is opened, right click drag is disabled

I found somewhat of a reproduction. I managed to get it stuck at one point but it usually behaves itself.

When you edit the value of something, the right-click-drag doesn't work until you try twice. Then it works fine but sometimes if you right-click-close the info window, it gets stuck permanently and right-click-drag is disabled when the window is open regardless of you editing values or not.

Examples:

 

Left click once to start editing value. Right click drag blocked once. Right click drag works second time.
