Missing category for Pre-Plastic on Polymer Press

This should open up a new category that explains that this is Nectar or Petroleum, as Pre-Plastic is not particularly descriptive as an input ingredient

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I might suggest a name change to "Plastic Precursor" to more scientifically describe the category, too.
