Menu glitch

I glitched a save and I don't know why... Menus don't stick but are immediately closed  a millisecond after they open. Reloading doesn't change anything. Other save files seem to behave normally.

 
Steps to Reproduce

Try clicking on anything in the save and make the info menu stay

omg... Thank you!

I thought I checked that spot the first time but it didn't fix it... Then after reloading the game, it kept happening so I just thought the game freaked out on me :hopelessness:
