I was trying to load a save that doesn't have Frosty dlc activated for the save (at least that's what loading menu says) while having the Frosty dlc deactivated from steam. The save crashes if Frosty dlc is not activated for the game. I did save on top of it today (because I can't get used to clicking the middle button of the exit menu yet...) but that shouldn't affect the save not having Frosty dlc.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a save that doesn't have Frosty dlc activated for it. Save and quit while having Frosty dlc activated but still not activate for the specific save file (maybe not a necessary step). Deactivate Frosty dlc from steam/properties/DLC. Try to load the save again.

It seems that saving on the current testing branch has some effect on the save file.

1. Save file generated  15 June test Cycle 22.sav

2. "Saved as" again today on the testing branch test_.sav

The first one opens with Frosty dlc deactivated, the second one crashes.

I am also not sure how this happened to the original save file (the "test" one). If it doesn't have Frosty activated it should have "0-" for Scramble
