Despite producing over 900 g/s of oxygen via critters and plants, the game doesn't register it as oxygen generation and displays a warning.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Generate oxygen from Flue Corals and Blowters
2. Don't build any oxygen generators.
3. Wait 1 cycle.
