The conveyor loader can be loaded past its stated max capacity.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a blastshot maker crank out blastshot forever.
Build a smart storage bin set to blastshot with a not gate automation connecting it to the blastshot maker, so the blastshot maker turns off when the smart storage bin is full
Build a conveyor loader set to blastshot, and set it to a higher priority than the smart storage bin, so it gets filled before the smart storage bin.
Build one conveyor rail section on the conveyor loader so it can start receiving items, but don't connect the conveyor rail to any outputs.
Have an auto-sweeper in range of all of the above.
