Dupes storing elements in storages will remove existing elements of that type from storages before putting the elements back one by one

If a storage container is set to store eggs, and that storage container already contains any eggs of the same type, the dupe will first pickup the new egg to be stored, and then pick up all eggs of that type already in the storage container before putting them all back one by one.

*** IMPORTANT UPDATE ****

Some further testing shows that the type of materials does not matter. Nor which type of storage it is.

If a dupe is tasked with storing an element in any type any type of storage container that already has that element stored then the dupe will remove all of that element type from the storage container first, and put them back in the storage container in the smallest possible portions.

So the storage task for storing 1kg of some element can in extreme cases last more than time than the dupe has available, even up to a full cycle or more.

Steps to Reproduce

Here's an illustration on how to reproduce it from my current test but the setup can be simpler.
The storage container at the yellow arrow contains 7 tropical pacu eggs
If the tropical pacu egg at the green arrow is moved to the other green arrow location.
Then a dupe will stand on the ladder at the red arrow, pick up the moved egg, then take out all eggs of the same type already in the storage container before putting all 8 back into the storage container one by one.
As a result dupe labour is wasted but the breeding pacus also get the cramped debuff because the dupe is stand on the ladder while doing the whole picking up/delivering sequence. That also means that the pacus get delayed in laying eggs so much that they effectively only lay 12 instead of the normal 13 eggs in their life time.
