After latest patch my plants aren't producing an errand to fertilize them.

I loaded up my game this morning and noticed that my plants weren't fertilized. I started to build a shipping system thinking my dupes just had too many errands, but there is no errand in the plant. I saved the game and reloaded and it didn't fix it. I then looked over at my flue coral, which already have an automated setup and they are no putting out the errand either.

Steps to Reproduce

Load the game and check the plants, it is clampulls, flue coral and stanacles. 

Go to bugs
