In the Job Assignments.
One of my Apprentice Miner Mi-Ma has 100% (250/250) XP on the list to the far left.
BUT in the Roles column for Apprentice Miner (Dig)
It shows up as 99% (250/250).
in the same screen shot below - notice nisbet is at 79% while the list on the far left hand side shows him at 80%.
