World generated with loose obsidian and coal items

If you play the attached save, in the lower left hand corner there is a loose item of obsidian, and in the upper left hand corner there is a loose item of coal.  This is early on the first day, so the coal couldn't have been created by a hatch.

Interesting. That explains why sometimes I look at stocks and find exactly 400kg of obsidian or of sedimentary rock, when I know I haven't mined either yet nor replaced the starting tiles.
