Wood tiles and the basic Tiles share a BlockTileConnectorID on the KAnimGridTileVisualizer, both pointing to "tiles_solid_tops", causing them to connect abruptly on the top pieces.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a regular Tile and a Wooden Tile next to each other.
