Water wont go to next pipe section.

This is a typical problem with connecting buildings with their inputs directly in series with each other. I'd recommend re-building the pipe so each hydroponic tile has its own branch off a backbone pipe.

as there was only a single exit on the entire pipe, i didn't think it should be any problem, but i did simple reconfigure.

that bridge i added fixed the problem.

i started using pipes running trough the tiles as building in your config could make the last farm tiles with too little water. maybe its not a problem any more but it used to be.
