Water Output Pipes Inoperative

All buildings I've tried to run water through, Carbon Skimmer, Water Sieve and Pipe Bridge, though showing to be connected in a circuit, are returning the message that they have no output connected.  I took a screenshot of the problem displayed with the Water Sieve.

Steps to Reproduce
I simply laid pipes connecting the structures and it happened every time.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

known bug with several posts already, and its with all connectors, gas, liquid, solid, all are currently bugged.  save and reload to fix, but build all of the plumbing before building the equipment to prevent fighting the bug.  Also this will throw a flag on bridges and valves but those seem to work anyway ::shrugs::
