Water cooling appears as it cntains no water

the water cooling if disabled, when quit and load the game back, it appears as it contains no water.

Steps to Reproduce
disable the water cooling, quit to main menu, then continue the game.
Go to bugs

I would think, the system updates the visuals only, if the thing is enabled. If so, its not a bug, but how the system updates.
